S2: Day 177 (542)

Yesterday was a bad day mentally. I stayed awake despite feeling unmotivated and blech. I did write a tiny bit in a notebook, so I will take that win as well. But it was hard. My brain is on a rollercoaster ride. Today it is on the way up again. We'll see if tomorrow is more up or if it will be another down.

I am proud of myself, though. I've stayed awake for four days in a row. I've met my minimum step goal for the day for all of those four days as well. I'm making good progress in that regard.

Today I am going to make an attempt to write some more this afternoon. Then I think I will spend some time reading outside. It's hot, but the sun is shining and I am tired of being inside.

I'm having a good day and I want to take advantage of it as much as possible.
