jillysriserI did something, but not as much as I wanted. I just couldn't get my head in the game no matter how hard I tried.
Thankfully, today is another day. I've got a method that should work for me to hit my goals. Should. But that's easier said than done sometimes. I need to promise my body it can take a break this afternoon. I'm not sure I'm going to be able to go all day today. I'm pretty drained.
