S3: Day 327 (1058)

jillysriserI started a new project yesterday. It's not fiction and I'm not sure it's going to be much of anything worthwhile, but I'm doing it for me. Feels like the sort of thing I want to write, at least sporadically, and we'll see what happens next.
Right now, I have a lot of things to chew on. It's my day of creative rest, so anything I do involving my writing life will be just because I want to. I'm still trying to learn and understand that part. Want to vs. Have to. I'm getting there one, slow, small, step at a time. I've got a little over a month to prepare for the 2026 writing season. I am excited to get planning. I do love that part of the process.
Currently:
Playing: "Final Fantasy X" perfect run attempt. "Death Stranding".
Reading: "The House Saphir" print. "Cher: a memoir, part one" audio. "Katabasis" print.
