S1: Day 159 (159)
Jun. 8th, 2023 08:38 amToday, I got to sleep in until my heart was content. My body feels rejuvenated and refreshed. My mind feels calm and collected. The plan is to dedicate the next few days to rest and recovery of both of those things, while also coming up with a routine that will help me to use my time wisely during this off season. Time management and mental health management are my two biggest downfalls when it comes to creative work. I feel like both have improved greatly. Now I need to learn how to function with all these new and interesting things happening to my body/brain. Interesting is my way of not being too down on myself over all this. It is easy to go down the path of negative perspective.
Starting next Monday, I want to have a solid plan in place. One that is actually doable.
